Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant with strong business analyst skills, focusing on the Revenue Cloud. You excel in collaborating with clients to design and implement CPQ (Steelbrick) solutions, delivering excellence for yourself, your team, and your clients. You have a knack for understanding client pain points and envisioning solutions with the Revenue Cloud.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Solution Architects in client-facing roles to identify, document, and translate business requirements into user stories and declarative configurations.
Lead discovery workshops to define current and future state business processes and requirements.
Create process flow diagrams and user stories to document requirements.
Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts, demonstrating solution functionality to client stakeholders.
Perform declarative configurations for Salesforce Revenue Cloud projects, including products, price books, flows, approvals, quoting, invoicing, and renewal processes.
Estimate and plan project phases including configuration, development, testing, training, deployment, and support.
Design user story test scripts and participate in user acceptance testing.
Demonstrate deep understanding of Salesforce Revenue Cloud capabilities, advising clients on best practices and limitations.
Evaluate and present solution options to clients, weighing declarative configuration against customization.
Handle scope changes, documenting impacts on requirements, configuration, and data mapping.
Assist in training content development and delivery for administrators and end-users.
Stay updated on new Salesforce products and technical capabilities.
Requirements:
3+ years of Salesforce consulting experience, focusing on Revenue Cloud.
Experience as a Business Analyst/Consultant on at least 2 CPQ projects.
Hands-on experience with declarative configurations for CPQ processes.
Ability to bridge business and technical teams, delivering strategic solutions.
Proficiency in documenting business processes and requirements.
Familiarity with Salesforce development concepts and Agile project management.
Experience with tools like Conga, JIRA, and similar is desirable.
Industry experience in High Tech or Manufacturing sectors preferred.
Active Salesforce certifications (Administrator, CPQ Specialist) required; additional certifications preferred.
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or engineering.
