Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Delivers engaging virtual (web-based), live, and on-the-job training content
Partners effectively with subject matter experts to develop a robust training curriculum for various roles within the sales organization
Maintain training curriculum to ensure sustained organizational impact.
Inspires frontline employees and sales leaders through real-time coaching.
Collaborates and communicates with sales teams to ensure learning needs are being met
Maintain records of training activities and employee progress; monitor and measure effectiveness of programs
Determines training needs by consulting with sales leaders, observing sales encounters, and analyzing sales results
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining a personal network
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong multi-tasking and project management skills
Enthusiastic team player with a drive to create a positive work environment
Motivates and inspires teams through training, facilitation, and providing feedback
Ability to manage the full training cycle (in-person or web-based)
Preferred Skills
1+ years of insurance sales experience
2+ years of sales training experience
Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
