The role

The role of a Performance Coach / Sales Trainer is a pivotal, motivational role within Amoria Group. You will directly affect the development of Sales Consultants through using effective training and coaching techniques from their first day in the job. You will support our sales management team by utilising our Award Winning Training Programme. You will be required to provide feedback, communicating effectively via face to face meetings and logging actions from development sessions using our on-line real time continuous improvement system. Personal Development Programmes are created for each employee and are used as a central tool to ensure both the Training and Development Department and the sales management team can work together in helping our consultants become highly successful.


Main Responsibilities

  • Delivery of Sales Induction Course to new employees
  • Conducting one-to-one coaching sessions with trainees to develop sales skills in specific areas
  • Delivery of Training Workshops
  • Communicating feedback from training and coaching sessions to the sales management team and agreeing actions to ensure implementation of learning takes place
  • Design and delivery of impact training sessions to consultants at all levels
  • Ensuring that best practice is evident in all areas for all employees

Experience Required

  • A consistent and sustained proven track record of success in staffing and consulting sales.
  • Some supervisory/mentoring experience
  • Experience of working within a structured staffing or sales environment
  • A passion for continuous improvement & learning
  • A desire to help others improve their sales skills and capabilities
  • A passion for improving other people’s career prospects and earnings
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate thoughts and ideas appropriately
  • High levels of patience and perseverance
  • Driven by recognition of doing a great job!
