Role Overview:


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine the sales strategy for high ticket items, focusing on licensed life insurance agents.
  • Implement and continuously improve the CLOSER sales script template, ensuring proficiency in its five steps.
  • Achieve and maintain ambitious sales targets, including securing 6 appointments per day and 30 appointments per week.
  • Ensure a minimum 30% close ratio for both personal and team sales efforts.
  • Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
  • Conduct diligent research and analysis to identify and engage potential high-value clients within the life insurance sector.
  • Document and track sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a successful track record in high ticket sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of the life insurance industry and licensed life insurance agents' needs and challenges (preferred).
  • Expertise in the CLOSER sales script by Alex Hormozi, with documented proficiency in each of its five steps.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and drive a sales team towards achieving exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy and decision-making.


Performance Expectations

- The role will undergo a 30-day evaluation period, within which the candidate must demonstrate the ability to meet and exceed the specified sales targets and maintain the required close ratio.

- Success in this position will be measured by appointment setting rates, sales conversion ratios, and overall contribution to the sales team's performance.
