The Sales Support Specialist works closely with our field and inside Channel Sales teams to support our Channel Partners. You will work side by side with the teams, becoming familiar with the projects they are handling, and assisting with quoting and processing the purchase orders for those projects. You will also manage departmental administrative duties as needed. This position reports to the Manager of Order Management as part of the Americas Sales Operations Team.
The Sales Support Specialist will work out of our beautiful Americas Headquarters in Lake Oswego, OR. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Job Responsibilities
Provide territory sales support to our field and inside Channel Sales and Distributor Partners.
Develop knowledge of our company and products to provide guidance on licensing management, complex price quoting, order processing and assisting customers on a variety of issues
Support territory using Salesforce case management for communication and ensure timely resolution of tasks
Issue and track purchase orders for Milestone NVR hardware products through Global Logistics Partner
Train Distributor Partners on the usage of online sales, quoting, and order-processing tools
Work closely with Tech Support in troubleshooting problems that are sales and technically related
Provide customers with timely, accurate, and creative solutions regarding Milestone’s products
Respond to questions received via telephone, email, and web
Other duties as assigned
Your Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
Have proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM system experience
Individuals in this position must exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask while working under pressure
Exceptional organizational skills
A genuine desire to provide excellent customer service
Ability to calculate quotes and working with numbers and percentages

The annual on-target earnings for this position range from $53,015 to $79,160 with most candidates falling in the $63,324 to $70,923 range. Pay is based on the level, location, complexity, responsibility, and job duties of the specific position and is just one component of Milestone’s total compensation package. Additionally, we offer an attractive benefits package that includes medical/dental benefits, FSA or HSA, 401k with 6% Safe Harbor employer match, paid parental leave, generous PTO (20 days' vacation, 10 days paid sick time, and 12 company holidays), fully paid Short Term disability policy, fully paid Long Term disability policy, and Life Insurance.
