Sales Support Representative - Remote | WFH

Position Description

Are you looking for an exciting, entry-level opportunity in the tech industry? We have a full-time, permanent position available within our End User Technology division as a Sales Support Representative.

In this role, you'll support our existing clients and maintain account information in our online database. You'll work closely with Account Managers and Account Directors, serving as the key contact for day-to-day activities related to our End User Technology business.

Key Responsibilities

Provide quotations and product-related materials for proposals and presentations

Support margin management guidelines

Assist with Requests for Proposals (RFPs), product research, customer reporting, and order management

Manage escalations and relationships with employees, partners, and technology distributors

Build strong relationships with our people, partners, and clients

Oversee the sales cycle, including research, pricing, quoting, and ordering

Meet sales certification requirements

Maintain client order entry Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Check stock levels and confirm orders with clients, providing estimated times of arrival (ETAs)

Keep customer information up-to-date in applications

Gain a thorough understanding of our product offerings, including technical aspects and specific industry applications

Assist with seminars, conventions, and marketing campaigns as needed

Communicate directly with customers when necessary

Update sales tracking data

Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Experience or interest in technology sales and solutions

Ability to quickly learn new and advanced technologies

Ability to contribute content to proposals and sales materials

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of quoting systems is a plus

Strong team player

Understanding of program benefits from partner community to customer (pricing, terms, trade-ins, eligibility, etc.)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self-starter who thrives in a team environment

Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Strong negotiation skills

Work Environment

This role is remote with occasional in-office meetings and corporate functions in Madison.

Ideally, candidates are based in Wisconsin near Milwaukee or Madison, but we are open to other locations.
