Sales Support Representative

POSITION: Sales Support/Driver – Part Time (15-25 hours/week)

The Opportunity:

Working as Sales Support, you will have the opportunity to balance formal training with the real-world experience of running a Profit Center, and working with customers. It's a great way to learn the ropes of our fast paced industry and potentially transition into a full time position.

Position Description:

• Handle customer inquiries, process orders and resolve customer issues promptly
• Place outbound calls to new and existing accounts identifying opportunities, decision maker(s) and related customer service needs
• Collaborate with office and warehouse team members to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed correctly
• Place and fulfill orders
• Assist with inventory management
• Perform local sales calls and deliveries with a company vehicle
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

• Possess or are working towards a degree in Business/Marketing
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Plastics/Industrial distribution experience

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must pass a background investigation as part of the selection process
• Must pass a 4 panel drug test as part of the selection process
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.
• Possess a current valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements
• Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented
• Ability to lift, slide, and lower material that typically weighs 25lbs-50lbs
