About The Role
Are you seeking an opportunity to have an impact, innovate through problem-solving, and grow professionally? In this role, you'll work closely with the US Sales team to drive efficient growth and scale as the team enters new markets and verticals in the prop-tech space. This position reports directly to the GM - Americas.
What You'll Do
Build and own territory and capacity plan models. Design and administer team quotas and compensation plans. Track and report on sales productivity, KPIs, and overall team performance (CAC, LTV, Churn, etc). Identify key areas for future growth from a product and revenue perspective. Assist marketing and sales teams with ad-hoc tasks related to revenue-generating activities. Own, build, and manage the sales technology stack with streamlined reporting and dashboarding. Create and manage US budgets in collaboration with FP&A. Manage monthly and quarterly business revenues along with weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue forecasts. Perform 5-10% admin tasks related to travel, vendor engagement, event planning, and other areas as needed.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field. 3-5 years in a sales strategy, finance, or consulting role, ideally within a pre-IPO or PE-backed software company/investment bank. Extensive experience in the software, payments, or banking industry. Systems knowledge, including Salesforce (lightning/dashboard building, system infrastructure), Sales Technology (Zoom info, sales loft, drift, LinkedIn sales navigator, calendy, etc.), and mid/expert Excel (v-look ups).
Bonus Points
Salesforce Certifications. Experience with a high-growth revenue organization ($1M - $5M ARR, $5M - $25M+ ARR). Understanding of global organization interactions while working across multiple time zones.
