Job Summary

In this inbound call role, you will consult customers, both in the individual plan market on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits. All Sales Reps (Internal) will be required to have an insurance license.

Education And/or Experience

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or four plus years of customer service/sales experience.
  • Active SD Health and Life License is required, or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
  • Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts, including the training period, with the flexibility to adjust daily schedule and work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
  • Previous sales experience preferred.
  • Health Insurance Sales Experience a plus.
  • Dedicated Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications.
  • Flexibility to customize approach to meet all types of caller communication styles and personalities.

Work Schedule

  • Monday – Friday; Days with some evenings and weekends
