Position Overview:

As a Roofing Sales Superstar, your mission is to electrify your path to financial glory. You'll venture into the field, conquer company leads, referrals, and break through cold calls. Your quest includes thrilling property inspections, epic contract signings, exhilarating meetings with insurance adjusters, and crafting stunning estimates that bring us one step closer to financial victory

Responsibilities:

• Working Warm leads as well as referrals and self-generating leads
• Feed us accurate information, insights, and valuable leads
• Participate in electrifying company meetings, sales rallies, and advanced training sessions
• Embrace the Mighty Dog Roofing University Virtual Training Platform as your secret weapon for success
• Keep the production and accounts receivable departments informed of all developments
• Actively cold calling, door knocking, canvassing, and networking
• March alongside us in our relentless pursuit of financial greatness, achieving a minimum of $100,000 in monthly contracted sales. Ability to climb a ladder and do on roof assessments
• Climbing a ladder to conduct on roof assessments and measurements
  
  

Qualifications:

• Have and maintain valid Driver's License
• Strong sales or customer-facing experience is like wielding a magical sword

Work Environment:

You'll be a modern-day superhero, tackling on-site projects and office-related quests. Occasionally, you'll climb ladders to conquer residential and commercial roofs. Your mighty deeds will be reported to the Franchise Owner(s) in your territory.

Position Type/Expected Hours Worked:

This is a full-time position, but expect your heroic deeds to demand flexibility beyond the typical '9 to 5' hours. Consistent attendance is essential to our saga of success.
