Benefits And Compensation

The salary range for this position is $60k—$80k. In addition to a competitive market-based salary, Sciton offers the opportunity to participate in equity/stock incentive programs, a profit-sharing bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401 (k) with matching.

Job Summary

We are hiring a full-time remote corporate sales recruiter to identify award-winning and high-performing capital equipment sales professionals.

About You

Your keen eye and proven in-house sales recruiting experience equip you for massive performance in this highly sought-after role. Identifying hard-to-find talent is your specialty—you live for the challenge! Your expansive network and deep understanding of sales methodologies ensure you consistently attract and engage top-producing talent.

In This Role, You Will

  • Craft compelling job descriptions, emails, and other recruitment materials.
  • Leverage professional networks and social media platforms to source and engage potential candidates.
  • Assess resumes, conduct interviews, and use assessment tools to gauge candidates’ skills and suitability for the role.
  • Effectively present the job opportunity and the company culture to potential candidates, highlighting unique selling points and benefits.
  • Cultivate relationships with hiring leaders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Efficiently manage competing priorities, such as sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring leaders, to ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process.
  • Work collaboratively with internal recruiters to ensure the overall success of end-to-end recruitment.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to refine sourcing strategies and improve hiring processes.
  • Negotiate job offers, salary packages, and other employment terms to secure top candidates.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person job fairs to expand the company’s brand while attracting high-performing talent.

Essential Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate recruitment, with a focus on capital equipment sales roles.
  • Ability to assess resumes, evaluate candidate potential, and utilize recruiting metrics to improve the hiring process and make data-driven decisions.
  • Effective verbal and written communication is crucial for interacting with candidates and hiring managers, conducting interviews, and crafting compelling job descriptions.
  • Possess knowledge of sales methodologies and the qualities that make a successful salesperson.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
