About Squint:

Faced with a generational inflection point, the industry is in need of a new wave of technology that bridges the knowledge gap between the retiring and incoming workforce.

We believe our solution can extend beyond manufacturing, and we’re working on empowering workforces in industries like Energy, Healthcare, Hospitality, and more. Squint’s mission is to accelerate human potential by bringing digital knowledge into the real world.

  • Establish lead routing protocols to ensure leads are assigned to the most appropriate sales rep based on territory, industry, and other relevant factors.
  • Ensure Salesforce (SFDC) serves as the single source of truth for all customer activity and deal progress.
  • Recommend the best tools to enhance our sales process and integrate seamlessly with SFDC.
  • Implement a quoting approval process with clear guidelines for exceptions.
  • Create a standardized procedure for handling closed-won deals, ensuring proper documentation and data capture.
  • Develop a comprehensive territory strategy for our six sales regions, considering factors such as geography, industry sector, and organization size and ensure clear ownership and accountability for each territory.
  • Redefine and streamline our SFDC sales cycle by mapping out appropriate stages that accurately reflect the customer journey.
  • Identify opportunities to utilize automation features within SFDC to improve efficiency and data integrity.

Qualifications:
