This position provides analytical and administrative support for the Contract Management department. The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for independently reviewing contract agreements and related documents, contract financial worksheets, and assisting the Contract Management team to meet Kurita America’s business requirements. This includes maintaining and supporting customer contract billing systems as well as financial support for customer profitability analysis and reporting. The person in this role is expected to interact with field sales and accounting to effectively communicate information related to new contract setup and existing contract changes. The individual will also perform administrative tasks, including but not limited to: data entry, running and distributing reports, document requests and follow-up, tracking and reporting changes, maintain procedure documents, and data collection and analysis.
Compensation: $50,000-$65,000/yr
Location: Hybrid- onsite in Brookyn Park, MN 3 days/week
Responsibilities
Evaluation and verification of contract documentation to ensure accuracy and completion.
Accurate entry of information into a live data management system.
Facilitate contract price changes and adjustments with accounting.
Manage monthly contract changes and renewal process.
Enforce company policy and compliance with Contract Management processes and policy.
Properly maintain customer files and retrieve documents as needed.
Contract profitability and related KPI analysis.
Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high expectation environment.
Performance of other duties as assigned
Qualifications
BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent
0-3 years related experience
Previous customer service experience preferred
Experience in Power BI preferred
Physical and Mental Requirements: Required to sit for extended periods of time.
