Real Chemistry is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager, you will work in our fast-growing Sales Operations group with a team of ambitious, supportive, and hard-working colleagues that always seek to do things better, faster, and smarter.

As a Salesforce expert, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and strategically expanding the use of our Salesforce platform to support data-driven decision-making and drive growth across the organization. Your leadership and strategic guidance will help shape the future of our Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring that it remains a robust and scalable platform that supports our rapidly evolving business needs. You will be instrumental in developing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and dashboards with high visibility to senior leadership. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in supporting account teams by streamlining processes and providing insights to drive sales growth. The position reports to the Senior Director of Sales Operations, Integration, and Business Analytics.

This position can be remote in the US or preferably near the New York City office.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity, compliance, accuracy and optimal performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize Salesforce enhancements, customizations, automations, and integrations that support business objectives
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and workflows both in Salesforce and Excel to provide actionable insights for Account, Business Development, and Operations teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries, providing business support and guidance to end-users
  • Keep up to date with Salesforce best practices and trends, and proactively recommend improvements to drive organizational efficiency and growth

This position is a perfect fit for you if you have:

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and a strong aptitude for learning new features and functionalities
  • An ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively, and to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated experience in translating business needs into Salesforce solutions, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
  • Excellent presentation and training skills, with the ability to engage and educate users at all levels of the organization
  • Highly organized self-starter with attention to detail and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines

What You Should Have

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales / Revenue Operations, preferably at a professional services company
  • Proficiency in Salesforce platform tools, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience
  • Expertise in Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, such as marketing automation platforms, BI tools, and other CRM systems
  • Life Science and/or healthcare experience a plus

Pay Range: $125,000 - $135,000

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
