About the Role: As part of Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA), the Sales Manager will lead and execute sales and distribution strategies for a regional distribution center. This role is essential in driving our success in the United States and Canada.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize Volume and Revenue: Drive growth in a designated area through effective direct store delivery strategies.
  • Leadership: Provide guidance to both management and frontline employees across various functions including logistics, distribution, and customer service.
  • Customer Partnerships: Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and ensure superior service.
  • Execution: Maintain high levels of efficiency through effective route sales, customer orders, productivity, and staffing.
  • Brand Development: Activate local and national initiatives to promote brand growth and performance.
  • Team Development: Manage performance and develop the capabilities of team members.
  • Results-Oriented: Ensure the team meets volume and revenue targets while managing costs effectively.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $85,200 - $142,650 annually, based on experience and location.
  • Bonus: Performance-based bonus with a target payout of 15% of annual salary.
  • Paid Time Off: Includes vacation, sick leave, bereavement, and paid parental leave.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, MBA a plus.
  • Experience in consumer packaged goods within a direct store delivery environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years in sales and delivery.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including early mornings and some weekends.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs periodically.
  • Must have the right to work in the United States.
