Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our client's team in Botswana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the ICT industry, specifically in voice and data services, and will play a key role in driving sales growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in sales management in the ICT industry.

Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and exceeding revenue targets.

Strong understanding of voice and data services, telecommunications technologies, and industry trends.

Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve their full potential.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and stakeholders.

Willingness to relocate to Botswana and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Valid driver's license

Clear criminal record

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets in the voice and data segment.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the ICT industry.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to maximize their performance and productivity.

Sales Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, territory allocation, and performance tracking.

Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and partners, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in their technology journey.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.

Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Budget Management: Manage sales budgets and expenses effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to drive maximum ROI.
