Sales Operations Manager
NaturesPlus is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to support efforts within its Sales & Marketing!
We are seeking a candidate with strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
Our Sales Operations Manager will help provide comprehensive support and ensure efficient operation within the Sales & Marketing Department!
Responsibilities
Oversee Key Account Management Process.
Manage all processes and key operational deliverables which fall under the umbrella of Key Account Management: including but not limited to SAP S&D module requirements and enhancements, Sales Reporting, Electronic Data Interchange Initiatives, etc.
Manage special projects within Sales & Marketing Departments
Maintain & Analyze Key Account Forecasting
Develop and execute Key Metrix Reporting
Promotional Development and Testing
Development and Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures
Support Private Label Administrative Process
Support Executive Sales Team, Field Sales Team and Internal Key Stakeholders in the organization as needed.
Qualifications
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong project management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Ability to work in high intensity, fast-paced environment.
Enjoy working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Experience with SAP preferred
High level of professionalism and business etiquette. Due to the confidential and sensitive nature of information exposed to, discretion is required.
Minimum of 3 years of management experience
Bachelor's degree required
Possess a "Can Do" passionate attitude.
Salary: $85000 - $95000 per year
