Position Overview

  • We are seeking a Sales Operations leader to join us and drive sales effectiveness for our Sales Services clients. The ideal candidate has a passion for winning, thrives in a fast-paced, team environment, and is committed to helping drive measurable results in our delivery of sales services for our clients. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, leading an agile team across multiple client projects, ensuring technology and automation are integrated and deployed effectively, tools are optimized, performance data is tracked properly, and operations are running seamlessly. This role reports directly to the SVP of Sales Services & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the operations team, which is responsible for the implementation, quality assurance, and productivity analytics across various client programs.
  • Develop sales capacity plans and ROI analysis to support new client proposals, ensuring strategic alignment and optimal resource utilization.
  • Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of client delivery teams, including Sales Development Reps (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs).
  • Implement new processes and technologies to improve sales workflow and efficiency.
  • Act as a player-coach, supporting both strategic vision and hands-on project management.
  • Conduct recurring client business reviews, collaborating with cross-functional leadership teams.
  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive framework for client sales operations and analytics, defining key KPIs, sales funnel, and conversion metrics to provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain collaboration with HR, Recruiting, Finance, and Client Success departments to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
  • Partner with IT and Business Intelligence teams to support infrastructure needs for reporting and analytics.

People Leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Marketing.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations within B2B SaaS, Tech, or related industries.
  • 3+ years in a leadership role within Sales Operations, demonstrating a growth mindset and exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven experience in sales operations with a strong focus on analytics and a hands-on approach to problem-solving and project management in a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales metrics and processes critical for B2B environments, such as MQL to SQL to SAL conversions.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines.
  • A curious mind and an analytical problem solver comfortable navigating ambiguity, proposing solutions, and performing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Direct experience developing presentations and recommendations to senior leadership.

Technical Skills

  • Strong sales, workforce productivity planning, and analytical skills with the ability to develop capacity models to support client proposals.
  • Strong proficiency in analytical and data visualization tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Salesforce, and Tableau.
  • Proficiency in sales applications like Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics, Zoominfo, Salesloft, and Outreach, focusing on optimized workflow management.
