The Sales Operations Manager will drive the implementation of standardized commercial tools, analytics processes, and practices.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the operation of the sales CRM software:
- Manage CRM layout and customization of CRM fields to meet business needs.
- Design custom dashboards and reports for sales, sales leadership, and interdepartmental stakeholders.
- Own and deploy sales territory management and alignment tools and manage and execute territory alignments and reporting structure in CRM.
- Assist in developing and reporting sales Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to help drive increasing sales productivity.
- Assist in the creation of Territory Business Review (TBR) templates for clear communication of sales activity in relation to company objectives
- Process sales analytics for management reporting:
- Sales activity reports.
- Sales communication reports.
- Sales unit volume reports.
- HCP usage patterns and analysis reports.
- Year-over-year performance reports.
- Individual, regional, and national sales run rate reports in relation to company goals. (I.e., Sales ranking reports)
- Share sales metrics with Finance or integrate with IC Software for IC calculations.
- Collaborate with Marketing to coordinate sales data with Marketing analytics.
- Manage, synthesize, and integrate outside or acquired data into CRM.
- Interact directly with the Sales team to manage CRM help tickets, data requests, or analytics requests.
- Coordinate CRM with LIMs to facilitate interconnectivity of data across the organization.
- Work directly with sales leadership and multi-disciplinary stakeholders (IT, Operations, Commercial, Finance) on business-critical reporting and alignment needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Possess 5+ years of experience in Sales and/or Commercial/Business Development roles.
- Possess experience working in the diagnostics industry.
- Exemplify hands-on experience with software like Salesforce, Excel, LIMS (Lockbox), and Tableau.
- Ensure that the best tools, training, and resources are available to the sales and other customer-facing organizations (across disciplines - local sales, specialists, MSLs).
- Exemplify strong oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate with different audiences.
- Ability to lead multiple projects and priorities, report on progress, and remove roadblocks.
- Drive effective change management efforts in a cross-functional organization
- Exemplify the ability to multitask and thrive in an agile, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
- Possess proficient verbal and written communication skills, while willing to share and receive information and ideas from all levels of the organization to achieve the desired results.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $100,000-130,000/annually determined based on the candidate's experience, knowledge, and abilities.
- Bonus: discretionary annual bonus based on a percentage of the employee's base salary
