The Sales Operations Manager will collaborate closely with sales, ad operations, marketing, and executives to streamline sales processes, maintain CRM accuracy, oversee sales analytics, and execute effective sales strategies. Your expertise will significantly impact the sales team's performance, driving the company towards ambitious targets and expanding market reach. This role demands versatility in a dynamic startup environment, requiring quick adaptation and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales operations strategies that align with company goals and market dynamics.
  • Analyze customer data to uncover trends and insights within customer profiles.
  • Coordinate sales training programs to enhance CRM utilization, sales processes, and other tools.
  • Manage sales forecasting, generate regular sales performance reports, and present insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to identify cross-functional trends and opportunities.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes to boost efficiency, shorten sales cycles, and enhance overall productivity.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure alignment and unified goal achievement.


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in advertising sales operations, ideally within the advertising technology or startup sectors, is essential.
  • Proficient analytical abilities enabling transformation of intricate data into practical insights.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, and proficient in sales analytics tools.
  • Strong leadership acumen evidenced by project and initiative management expertise.
  • Proven track record in crafting and deploying sales operations strategies and procedures.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities, adept at collaborative teamwork.
