Avie.ai is looking for a Sales Operations Director who will lead our sales strategy, optimize processes, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in sales operations and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to optimize sales performance
- Analyze sales data and generate insights to inform decision-making and improve sales effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales goals with overall company objectives
- Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes
- Identify and implement tools and technologies to streamline sales operations and improve efficiency
- Develop and maintain sales compensation plans and incentive programs
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Monitor and report on key sales metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement
- Conduct regular sales training and coaching to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in sales operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales processes
- Strong analytical skills and experience with sales forecasting and data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization
- Proficient in sales tools and technologies, such as CRM systems and sales analytics platforms
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving results
- Willingness to travel as needed
