Avie.ai is looking for a Sales Operations Director who will lead our sales strategy, optimize processes, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in sales operations and leadership.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to optimize sales performance
Analyze sales data and generate insights to inform decision-making and improve sales effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales goals with overall company objectives
Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes
Identify and implement tools and technologies to streamline sales operations and improve efficiency
Develop and maintain sales compensation plans and incentive programs
Provide leadership and guidance to the sales operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Monitor and report on key sales metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement
Conduct regular sales training and coaching to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
7+ years of experience in sales operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales processes
Strong analytical skills and experience with sales forecasting and data analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization
Proficient in sales tools and technologies, such as CRM systems and sales analytics platforms
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving results
Willingness to travel as needed
