About This Role

In this role, you will be responsible for the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. You will maintain the CRM system to ensure data accuracy, develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and identify opportunities for process improvements. In addition, you will work across the Sales team to analyze and optimize sales processes, tools and systems, and provide insights to enhance sales performance. 

What You'll Do

  • Gather and analyze data to find ways for sales teams to become more productive.
  • Develop, document and help deliver custom training programs and curriculum on sales tools, processes and systems.
  • Measure and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Measure and evaluate adoption and utilization of sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, Zoom Info, Outreach, etc.)
  • Assist with field training needs across sales tools and technology.
  • Develop metrics to measure sales program success, automate processes, and business development initiatives.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards using native Salesforce capabilities
  • Partner with account management, channel, partnerships, account management and implementation teams to assure smooth information sharing and accurate/consistent reporting.


What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field 
  • 5+ years of experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development. 
  • A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools, and training. 
  • Ability to build internal relationships with sales, marketing, and solutions teams. 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail


As a remote position, the salary range for this role is:

$85,000—$105,000 USD

Total Rewards

Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.

Salary is just one component of Transcarent's total package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock options.

Location

You must be authorized to work in the United States. Depending on the position we may have a preference to a specific location, but are generally open to remote work anywhere in the US.
