What are we looking for in our Sales Operations Analyst?

Russell Tobin and Associates/Pride Global is currently seeking a Sales Operations Analyst. The position is a 5-month contract with possibility of extension or conversion.

Title: Sales Operations Analyst

Pay Rate: $35.00 - 42.50/hour (based on experience)

Work Location: Remote

40 hours/week // 5 x 8-Hour Days

Duration: 5+ month contract w/ possibility of extension

Position Overview:

Our client is looking for a sales and operations all-star to fuel the growth of our platform. This role takes creative problem solving, detail orientation, interpersonal ability to manage partnerships, and the guts to dig in and help grow a startup. Be a critical part of building our client's Grocery & Retail partnerships by working with the Enterprise Partner Management team to enable demand generation (offers/ads) for merchants on the platform and track performance of said campaigns.

The Enterprise Grocery & Retail Partner Management team is responsible for merchant growth. They work with brands to onboard locations, improve operations, and increase their access to consumers through selection enhancements and investment in demand generation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project manage internal processes critical to the success of our business and our partners
• Use internal systems to monitor operational excellence, set up marketing campaigns, and update store operations metrics (e.g., store hours, menus)
• Provide readouts on the performance of marketing campaigns
• Track marketing campaigns against contractual commitments
• Assist the PM team with account creation and oversee the brand onboarding process from start to finish
• Understand Salesforce processes for new store openings and manage data cleanliness
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on Business Administration (or similar)
• Experience with SQL and Salesforce
• Highly analytical with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple activities simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail
