What would I do at Litmus?

Our Operations function is a crucial part of the revenue lifecycle at Litmus, and we’re looking to add a Sales Operations Analyst to our team!


In this highly collaborative, individual contributor role, you’ll work with partners in Sales, Marketing, Finance and Leadership to drive business processes more efficiently through our systems.


In this role you will:

  • Collaborate across teams at Litmus to streamline workflows by implementing and integrating systems.
  • Meaningfully contribute to the designing, building, and maintaining of the Salesforce platform and related technologies to support business operations.
  • Establish policies for managing business systems data and ensure adherence to these policies.
  • Take ownership of improving data quality within business systems by deduplicating databases, defining data requirements, and configuring systems for capturing high-quality, reportable data.
  • Evaluate current business processes and suggest improvements based on industry trends and professional knowledge.
  • Work with Sales Enablement to provide user training on different business systems.
  • Generate and deliver customized reports to various stakeholders within the organization as requested.


What is Litmus looking for in a candidate?

  • Previous Sales Operations experience designing and supporting large scale, technically complex solutions on Salesforce and associated ecosystems through integrations (Salesforce Suite; Outreach, Gong, TalkDesk, Jira / Confluence, ProductBoard); Salesforce experience required.
  • Comfortability with managing and cleansing data; hands-on experience using Dataloader.io preferred.
  • A passion for data quality and improvement, allowing stakeholders to make sound, data-informed business decisions.
  • Ability to communicate technical requirements and issues for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • Nice to have, but not required: Salesforce Administrator certification; Salesforce CPQ / Billing; experience with LucidChart / Workflow diagramming tools
