As the Sales Operations Admin to the Construction Craft Recruiting Manager, you will provide high-level administrative support. Through your duties as a liaison, you will maintain relationships between the Manager, internal recruiters, and current and potential clients.



WHAT YOUR DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE:


+ Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Recruiting Manager.

+ Performs clerical and administrative tasks such as requesting documents from clients, setting up client accounts, tracking and organizing rosters, placing employees in our ATS/CRM, etc.

+ Respond to incoming communications from staff and outside vendors via email and sometimes through phone calls, in addition to and sometimes on behalf of the recruiting manager.

+ Type and upload detailed client notes and information inAvionte (CRM/ATS).

+ Manage different Excel sheets with client information and provide regular updates to the Recruiting Manager.

+ Collaborate with NCW payroll /back office/ and other admin teams to support each client under the Recruiting Manager.

+ Performs additional duties as assigned by the Recruiting Manager.

+ Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and work with a sense of urgency.

+ Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.

+ Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, ATS/CRM systems

+ Familiarity with construction and/or high-volume staffing.
