Our Cloud Security client is in need of a Sales Manager to join their team full-time!

This Sales Manager role has remote flexibility and can be based out of anywhere in the US.

The primary responsibilities for the successful Sales Manager include:

• Driving a culture of achievement to exceed revenue and productivity targets
• Setting clear expectations around revenue generating activities and strategies for creating pipeline
• Working with marketing for in-market events and lead generation activities
• Designing and build the Commercial Sales team structure for scale
• Coaching your team in effective sales strategies, pipeline management, opportunity management and career planning
• Analyzing forecasts, call volumes and individual pipelines for inefficiencies and areas of improvement
• Actively participating in the sales cycle to bring other senior leaders and strategic support to large deals

The ideal Sales Manager has:

• 3+ years experience leading a department of sales teams in a SaaS or technology sales environment
• Proven track record of consistently achieving quota and strategic objectives for a software product
• Strong business development experience and experience bringing and closing new clients
• Experience managing and closing complex B2B sales cycles with C-level decision makers
• Post-secondary degree/diploma preferred
