Title:- Sales Manager

Type:- Permanent/Direct-Hire

Location:- Remote (South East Florida OR Nashville, TN)


Responsibilities

  • Take care of the existing customers, cold calling, calling on jobs coming up. Building book of business.
  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate target markets and achieve sales targets. This includes both the sale of products as well as renting out the forming or shoring related products.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify target markets and segments within the construction industry where forming and shoring solutions are in demand.
  • Foster strong relationships with key customers, including construction companies, contractors, engineers, and project managers.
  • Generate regular reports to track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed business decisions.
  • Play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the successful implementation of forming and shoring solutions in construction projects.

Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience within the Forming or Shoring Industry

Need to read blueprints, closeouts, and presentations.

Open to Travel
