The Opportunity
Premier Group is currently recruiting an accomplished and ambitious Sales Leader on behalf of our client a global provider of Reporting SaaS solutions, that are revolutionizing the way businesses manage their operations.
Our client's innovative platform empowers organizations across various industries to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, remain compliant and drive growth.
This position is fully remote, and suitable candidates based within the continental US are invited to apply.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be handling a wide range of responsibilities, with the primary focus of owning all sales KPIs and leading the US based sales team.
This individual will ensure the team hits their individual and group goals through mentoring sales members, improving the efficiency of the sales engine, and growing a highly productive sales function.
Responsibilities will include:
Own and exceed all Sales Metrics, with responsibility for the entire US revenue stream.
Create forecasts and budgets throughout the year including P&L budgeting, sales forecasting, territory, and headcount planning.
Generate monthly and quarterly sales presentations for senior leadership and champion data-driven success plans.
Improve output from existing team members by providing organized sales training, 1:1 sales mentorship, and pipeline management accountability.
Continually develop and improve sales processes.
Improve conversion rates by developing stronger playbooks, email templates, and daily processes.
Increasing efficiency by creating automation through workflow creation and management within the CRM.
Make data-driven decisions to properly prioritize sales opportunities and maximize all tools and resources.
Identify, hire, and retain top-tier sales professionals..
About You:
Significant SaaS sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
Several years of Sales Management experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proven success in improving sales organizations via strategic initiatives.
Proven ability to mentor, grow, and motivate sales talent.
Demonstrated solution-oriented mindset, organizational skills, attention to detail, and disciplined execution.
Exceptional people skills and outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Experience in a growing startup (preferably <50 employees).
Desire to grow quickly and never stop learning.
Experience with the Real Estate or PropTech industry is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field would be advantageous.
