Role: Sales Manager
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective lighting end users
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned end user accounts
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned end user accounts.
- Participate in a partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones
- Responsible for day-to-day product delivery and after service management
- Market Intelligence/insight collection
Requirements
✓ A minimum of 5 years of work experience
✓ Previous experience of driving lighting end users ideally within the same product category or channel
✓ Strong personal network within the industry and exceptional communication skills
✓ Ability to build lasting relationships and flexible to travel to end user/partner.
