Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Sales Intern who will join the Wellbots team in our New York office.

Main responsibilities:

· Achieve sales over the phone and live chat

· Grow sales by contacting existing and potential customers (by phone & email)

· Provide stellar service to existing and prospective customers

· Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features

· Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

· Submit RFQs and RFIs when needed

· Upsell complimentary products when available

· Sign and onboard relevant brands to secure B2B/B2G sales

· Develop stronger relations with existing partners and help them close their leads

· Design cold outreach campaigns 

Qualifications

· Proven internship experience in sales / customer service or cold outreach

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus

· Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

· Growth mindset – ambition and goal driven approach to KPIs
