Position Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll proactively reach out topotential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions to drive sales.Your role will be vital to our revenue generation and market expansion efforts.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels outbound calls,including inbound leads, emails, and social networking.
Should have a proactive attitude to follow up through messages on LinkedIn, email,and over the call provided by the marketing team.
Effectively communicate the unique value propositions of our products/services toclients.
You will work closely with the marketing team to schedule appointments for seniormanagement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales interactions and customer information in our CRM system.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:Experience: 2 - 5 years in inside sales.Must have graduated in any stream; computer science and IT is preferable.Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related role.Excellent verbal and written communication skill is a must.Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
