The salary range of $75,000 – $105,000 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.

What You Get to Do:
- Sales Engineer SE is responsible for proactively managing technical relationship with clients and to align technology products and solutions.
- You will also be required to develop a long-term relationship with the clients to ensure their success and realize the full value of Panasonics products, services and solutions.
- In collaboration with Territory Account Managers TAMs and aligned with Panasonic goals and objectives, the SE focuses on the following core areas: product and solution demonstrations, product operational training, advanced technical support problem resolution, consulting support, customer satisfaction as well as quality management.
- Product Knowledge Develop an extensive technical understanding of all Panasonic broadcast, cinema and professional video systems, solutions and services. This includes in-depth understanding of KAIROS SMPTE ST 2110 IP based production switcher system of PTZ cameras including streaming and auto tracking workflows along with Studio camera systems
Education and Experience:
- B.S. degree in at least one of the following areas computer science, electrical engineering, broadcast or AV engineering CCNA certification preferred
- Working knowledge of IP protocols
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Apple Mac OS and Linux
- 3 years of experience in a live production environment with the ability to operate a production switcher
- Strategic thinker who takes a systematic approach to solving problems to ensure customer satisfaction and achieving company goals
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Skilled presenter who is comfortable with one on one or large group audiences.
- Effectively communicate with internal departments sales, service, product management, engineering, etc.

- Ability to work variable hours including some weekends due to business travel, customer availability and trade show involvement.
