As a Sales Energy Broker, you will work closely with our sales team to identify and nurture leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Responsibilities
Identify and cultivate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
Conduct energy assessments and analyze data to propose customized energy solutions that meet client requirements
Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to maximize value for both the clients and Universal Energy Solutions
Prepare and present persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of sales activities and customer interactions
Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers and project managers, to ensure seamless implementation of energy solutions
Requirements
Prior experience as an Energy Sales Broker or in a similar role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated with a drive for results
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
Willingness to travel as required
