We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Coordinator to join our team and help drive the success of our sales initiatives.


Position Overview:

The Sales Enablement Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by developing and managing sales materials, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring the team has the resources they need to succeed. This role does not involve direct sales but focuses on enabling our sales team to perform at their best. The ideal candidate will have a background in supporting sales within a SaaS or tech company.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Materials Development:

  • Create, update, and manage sales collateral, including presentations, brochures, case studies, and other sales documents.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all sales materials are aligned with current branding and messaging.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of sales materials for easy access by the sales team.

Process Optimization:

  • Analyze current sales processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement best practices and tools to streamline sales workflows and increase efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on new processes and tools.

Content Management:

  • Manage the distribution and version control of all sales content.
  • Ensure all sales content is up-to-date and easily accessible for the sales team.

Sales Support:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the sales team for any enablement-related queries or issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and RFP responses.
  • Coordinate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure the sales team has the latest product information and competitive insights.

Data and Analytics:

  • Monitor and report on the usage and effectiveness of sales materials.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from the sales team to continuously improve enablement efforts.
  • Provide regular reports on sales enablement activities and their impact on sales performance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales enablement, sales support, or related role within a SaaS or tech company.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales enablement tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions to support the sales team.
