The Role

As our Sales Enablement Manager, you’ll ensure our sales team has the necessary resources, tools, knowledge, and training to engage with customers and close deals effectively. You’ll play a crucial role in empowering our Account Executives and Account Managers to perform at their best, ultimately driving revenue growth for the company.

Success in the role requires a deep understanding of our products/services, market dynamics, and sales processes with excellent coaching, training, and enablement skills. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and sales leadership, product, customer success and other cross-functional teams to develop and deliver comprehensive enablement programs and initiatives.


What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with revenue leadership to define sales enablement objectives, priorities, and strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a library of sales enablement resources, including sales collateral, playbooks, battle cards, and training materials.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to create and update content that addresses the needs of SDRs and AEs throughout the sales cycle.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new AEs, ensuring they deeply understand our products/services, target market, buyer personas, and sales processes.
  • Develop and facilitate ongoing training sessions, workshops, and certifications to enhance AEs' knowledge, sales skills, objection handling, and competitive positioning.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to AEs and AMs to improve their sales effectiveness, deal strategy, and overall performance.
  • Conduct regular ride-along and role-playing exercises to assess AEs' capabilities and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with operations to optimize sales processes, workflows, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with product management, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales enablement initiatives and overall go-to-market strategy.


Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience, ideally in consulting or sales strategy/business operations roles. - Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • You have the ability to translate complex information and data into easily consumable insights.
  • You’re a self-starter who can roll up your sleeves and get things done.
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills with an ability to set and maintain priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Agile mindset, prioritizing impact over activity, with a bias toward simple action to test, learn, and improve.
  • A creative thinker willing to try new things in response to business needs.
  • Strong and transparent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to inform sales training design
  • Ability to present information in a variety of learning styles
  • Ability to manage multiple projects to successful completion
