Responsibilities & Objectives

Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Operations, Elemica’s Sales Enablement Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales team. This position involves a blend of strategic planning, resource management, training, and performance analysis to ensure that our Account Executives have the tools, knowledge, and resources necessary to succeed in their role.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with our Commercial Sales, Presales, Marketing, and Human Resources teams and leaders to ensure the success of our customers’ goals
  • Assume accountability for sales content, including the management and development of presentations, product guides, playbooks, and case studies
  • Analyze and refine sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure all sales materials are up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with the company’s brand and messaging
  • Develop training materials and e-learning modules to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and supply chain industry understanding
  • Implement best practices and tools for sales pipeline management, lead generation, and customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and tools that can enhance sales productivity

What You’ll Need

  • 3-5 years of SaaS/sales enablement or product management experience in an enterprise, technology-related, supply chain, or logistics company (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices
  • Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with sales enablement tools including Salesforce
  • Excellent project management skills are required to effectively plan, coordinate, and execute projects with multiple stakeholders across global time zones
  • Proven accountability and excellent interpersonal skills; the confidence to be an honest advocate who is willing to speak up when needed
  • Project management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to get to the root cause of internal and external problems; ability to recommend resolutions

Education

  • BA/BS or equivalent degree
