We are looking for SALES DIRECTOR, MERCHANTS to join our team in USA.


What is the job that awaits you?

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:
  • Create and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve company goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the customer base.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Set clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
  • Address customer needs and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and participate in industry events and trade shows.
  • Sales Operations and Reporting:
  • Oversee sales operations, including order processing, pricing, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Manage the sales budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing, production, Supply Chain, and Services, to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Provide input on product development and marketing initiatives based on customer feedback and market demands.


What are we expecting of you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience in the paperboard or related industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
