About The Role

GoodRx is looking to bring on a Director of Sales for the Manufacturer Solutions

commercial team reporting to the VP of Sales, Manufacturer Solutions. You will be an important part of the team responsible for growing small to midsize pharma accounts and focusing on selling innovative solutions on behalf of our growing pharma business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow business relationships with current and prospective, small to midsize pharmaceutical clients
  • Continually assesses revenue potential of territory through analysis of the overall market, supports corporate goals, pipeline outlook and general industry intelligence in order to support accurate sales forecasts
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop effective proposals
  • Provides their Team Lead with regular updates on sales-focused activities including lead generation, competitive intelligence, and product opportunities
  • Keeps abreast of market conditions, competitive activities, technological trends through ongoing research and engagement at industry and medical conferences, literature reviews and other sources.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of highly verticalized B2B sales focusing on or within pharmaceutical and/or access/copay companies, bachelor’s degree in business or sales management a plus
  • Comfortable with cold calling, and an appetite for breaking into new accounts where no established relationship exists
  • Knowledge of customer and reporting requirements
  • Strong cross-functional working skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing and able to travel up to 40% of the time

The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors.
