Exciting opportunity to represent a leading pet food brand in the USA, dedicated to providing high-quality, innovative nutrition for pets. Join a passionate team committed to the health and well-being of pets.


We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Director to lead the expansion of our clients brand within the Food, Drug & Mass (FDM) channel across the USA. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive significant growth in this key channel.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the FDM channel.
  • Build strong relationships with key FDM decision-makers, including national and regional buyers.
  • Lead and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Develop and present compelling sales presentations that highlight the unique value proposition of our brand.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy.

Analyze sales data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.


About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in the FDM channel.
  • Extensive experience in the pet industry a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
