As a Sales Director at Threecolts, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by securing enterprise-level clients. Your primary focus will be to book and close enterprise meetings, with a quarterly sales quota of $90k. You will receive a 20% commission on all contracts won after reaching $90k in sales, alongside a competitive annual salary of $90k.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Enterprise Meetings: Book and close enterprise meetings to meet a quarterly sales quota of $90k.
  • Lead Engagement: Search, identify, and engage with outbound leads using tools like direct phone calls, emails, Apollo, Seamless.ai, and LinkedIn.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads for enterprise-level contracts (5-digit+), and schedule demo meetings.
  • Follow-Up: Ensure prospects attend scheduled meetings by following up with timely communications.
  • Sales Cycle Mastery: Learn our sales pitch and platform, handling the sales cycle independently after four months.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently deliver on targets for demo sessions booked, attended, and contracts won.
  • Relationship Building: Create and nurture relationships with customers and partners through meetings, introductions, follow-ups, etc.
  • Networking: Attend conferences and events to generate leads and establish relationships.

Requirements :

  • Experience: Proven experience in SaaS sales at the enterprise level.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Networking: Strong networking abilities to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Tools Proficiency: Proficiency with sales tools such as Apollo, Seamless.ai, and LinkedIn.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel for conferences and events as needed.
