Job Title: Director of Sales

About Our Client: Our client is a Series B embedded finance company revolutionizing financial services through innovative technology. They seek a seasoned Director of Sales with enterprise sales experience to drive revenue growth and lead their sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead and mentor the enterprise sales team.
• Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Represent our client at industry events and trade shows.
• Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and forecast accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in selling technology solutions to enterprise clients.
• Strong knowledge of embedded finance and financial technology.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
