LHH is currently looking for a great Senior Sales Director for one of our amazing clients. This role is fully remote but must live in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, or Indiana.


Description:

  • Frequent travel to prospects and customer locations for presentations, relationship management & customer service.
  • Set clear development goals for both the department and its leaders based on the needs of each, communicating clearing with milestones ensure mutual understanding.
  • Drive business development initiatives including identification of new business opportunities and conducting industry research to develop effective sales solutions.
  • Manage self and direct reports in the development or relationships with influencers and decision makers, across their engineering, supply chain, planning, quality, and procurement functions


Qualifications:

  • 7+ YEARS of AUTOMOTIVE/MANUFACTURE EXPERIENCE
  • Experience managing a team
  • 5+ years of Sales experience
