Sales Director

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Director to join the team of one of our clients, a leading financial services company. In this role, you will oversee their commercial operations in the Mexican market within the United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to promote and sell financial products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement commercial strategies, identifying new markets, segments, and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, business partners, and community leaders.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve established sales goals.
• Oversee sales performance, data analysis, and the preparation of regular reports for the management team.
• Ensure that all commercial activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, including KYC/AML standards and consumer protection.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales and commercial management in the financial industry, with a focus on products such as debit cards, credit cards, and remittances.
• Strong understanding of the Mexican market in the United States, including consumer needs and preferences.
• Experience in developing and executing successful commercial strategies.
• Proven leadership skills, including the ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Spanish and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
