Human Resources Supervisor - Corporate at Giorgio Armani

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the women’s wholesale team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information. The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
As a Sales Coordinator, Wholesale, you will be responsible for all facets of account management, mostly important but not limited to account support, sales reporting and monitoring of the overall client needs for the women’s wholesale team. This position is held accountable for assisting the women’s wholesale team with managing sales accounts for Girogio Armani Women, Emporio Armani Women and the Emporio Armani Juniors lines.
Description of Responsibilities
Support wholesale AE and Director for Armani Exchange, Emporio Armani Intimate, and EA7
Manage Specialty Stores with ATS
Support with Amazon business
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Analyze and input sales data for all major accounts weekly into main sales report
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Proactively manage receipt and checkout of samples to ensure timely and efficient sample availability
Assist with market appointments and give after-sales support when requested
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Overview of Critical Duties
Ensure positive development of each accounts’ retail performance.
Manage account maintenance through all points of process from order through to shipping and delivery.
Posses an in depth knowledge of the brand and collection providing product knowledge as requested.
Effectively communicate accounts’ needs and opportunities to the Director and Account Managers.
Qualifications
Amazon experience a plus
College Degree preferred
Computer Proficiency (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate within the range of USD $26-$28 per hour based on experience, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and retirement plans with employer contributions. This position is located at our Giorgio Armani Corporate Office in NYC and offers the opportunity for a hybrid on-site schedule.
