Sales Coordinator / Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales team at QProducts and Services. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing front-line, hands on customer service to our existing clients and working on qualifying critical leads.

Essential Functions:

• Support Sales Professionals in Servicing Clients.
• Oversee Lead Qualification & Delivery
• Support Vice President with Servicing Top Cliental.
• Liaison between Sales & Operations
• Consolidate Customer Feedback
• Additional Responsibilities

Required: 

·      2+ years of relevant experience in customer Service and/or Inside Sales.

·      Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office.

·      Strong communication

Desired: 

·      Experience working with cross-functional Teams (i.e. Operations)

·      Real world experience engaging with Customers & Sales Professionals.
