Sales Coordinator
The Keller Group is excited to partner with our client in the Consumer Packaged Good industry on their search for a Sales Coordinator.
A successful candidate will provide top notch sales support including the ability to work cross-functionally with the team, high attention to detail, bringing an entrepreneurial mindset on projects and adding value to other day-to-day tasks. You will report to the Senior Sales Manager.
Responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator Role
- Collaborate with Senior Sales Managers to create and maintain monthly sales reports.
- Own and manage Broker communication tools.
- Coordinate logistics on trade shows and conferences.
- Track and analyze sales data, identify trends, and generate reports and presentations to aid in sell in of sales strategies.
- Handle general administrative tasks to support the sales team's daily operations.
Requirements of the Sales Coordinator Role
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Proven experience & success in a prior sales support or coordinator role.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Consumer Package Good Sales support role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with internal teams and cross functional partners.
- Strong organizational skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with syndicated data Nielsen & SPINs.
- Exposure to UNFI Clearview & KeHE Connect preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure and deliver on project timelines.
