Job Description
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for the successful coordination and implementation of the Sales internal strategy as defined by sales leadership. In addition to driving initiatives and fostering communication and transparency between sales directors, sales managers, and various internal departments, the sales coordinator will assist in creating, assessing, tracking and documenting processes and key KPI to ensure alignment with sales goals and the company’s mission and values.
The essential duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Professionally handle any necessary sales communication and feedback aggregation throughout the organization.
Prepare and disseminate materials and documents needed for weekly sales meetings, intermittent standups, sales workshops, specific skill labs, and scheduled sales meeting and activities.
Update sales material to insure that is always up to date.
Built, update and maintain report in excel and google sheets to track and report on all key sales and placement KPI’s
Responsible for data integrity in the sales department.
Maintain a repository of sales topics and initiatives as dictated by Sales leadership.
Coordinate departmental schedules and events and prepare related materials and documents.
Coordinate implementation of new sales processes, procedures, and projects
Assist with internal and external meetings as directed; take minutes in sales meetings and events and prepare and distribute as needed.
Assist in the creation of content for sales teams, meetings, contests, and departmental events.
Provide assistance to sales management team members as needed.
Coordinate, communicate monthly logistical sales ramp updates and team movement in Workday.
Procure and distribute prizes and awards for sales department.
Accurately track and keep clear records of production, events and meetings to ensure all program expectations are being met.
Communicate, document, and reconcile monthly Sales departments budgets.
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
No degree required
Minimum 1 year of related experience in insurance sales environment (SVG experience preferred)
