Basic Function: Serve as Coordinator for Sales Related Activities


Accountabilities

 

1.    Key Customer Support: -maintaining and coordinating customer details, including owning the customer presentation materials, new item set-up, requesting sales samples, updating POG and ETAIL sites


2.    Competitive Analysis: - developing and maintaining a database of the competition’s presence at our customers


3.    Amazon Support: -responsible for maintaining Master ASIN list, liaison with 3P agency/partner, maintaining promotional calendar and tracking of trade marketing spend.


4.    Diane Off Price/Grocer: - for the "Diane" brand in the Off price and Grocer channels, respectively, - responsible for business development tracking, understanding competitive environment, tracking promotional calendars and trade marketing spend.


  1. Administrative Support for Sales Management: - meeting planning, travel and expense tracking


Reporting Relationships

  1. Up: Reports to Director Key Accounts (Retail) and Diane Sales Manager (Grocer/off-price). Supports EVP Sales
  2. Sideways: Marketing Dept, Supply Chain
  3. Down: n/a


Principal Duties


1.    Key Customer Support: -Maintaining and coordinating customer details, including owning the customer presentation materials, new item set-up, requesting sales samples, updating POG and ETAIL sites

a.     Deck Ownership + Execution

                                                   i.    Collating information and product imagery

                                                 ii.    Synthesizing/analyzing sales data

b.    New Item Set up Forms

c.     Product Sample Shipments

d.    Update POG after receive direction from CMO/EVP

e.     Ensure all ETAIL sites are up to date with copy, imagery and SRP

f.     Responsible for updating all ETAIL PDP pages; liaise with Marketing team to meet deadlines


2.    Competitive Analysis: - developing and maintaining the

a.     Category, brand, price across channels


3.    Amazon Support: responsible for maintaining Master ASIN list, liaison with 3P agency/partner, maintaining promotional calendar and tracking of trade marketing spend.

a.     Responsible for Master ASIN list regarding:

                                                 i.    Ensure SRP maintained

                                                ii.    Support Dir key Accounts and Finance in annual Margin by SKU analysis

                                               iii.    Bundles- support operational needs with3P agency/Fromm

                                               iv.    3P SKUs’; facilitate if any SKUs need to move to 1P

                                                v.    1P SKUs; review any Born to Run/ Bulk buys with Dir Key Accts

                                               vi.    Support WOS analyses for inventory owned by fulfillment partner

                                              vii.    3rd Party Product

b.    Liaison with 3P agency/partner in conjunction with Dir Key Accounts

c.     Responsible for promotional calendar

                                                 i.    Cross check all promotions with Finance and Supply chain

d.    Support Dir Key Accounts in keeping track of Trade Marketing $


4.    Diane Off Price/Grocer: - for the "Diane" brand in the Off price and Grocer channels, respectively, - responsible for business development tracking, understanding competitive environment, tracking promotional calendars and trade marketing spend.

a.     Business development/New account outreach/Lead Generation support 

b.     Promotional/Product/ pricing competitive research

c.     Responsible for keeping track of all promotional calendars by retailer and supporting Manager in keeping track of Trade Marketing spend


5.    Support Sales Management - EVP Sales, Director Key Accounts (Retail) and Diane Sales Manager (Grocer/off-price)

a.     Market Meeting planning + execution

b.     Booking Travel

c.     Expense Reports for CEO/EVP

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; 2-3 years of experience demonstrating consistent growth and career progression in various key account related roles

Language Ability:

Ability to communicate effectively in English, in both written and verbal formats. Read, analyze and interpret business, professional, technical or governmental documents. Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the public.

Mathematical Ability:

Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability:

Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate or advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Word and knowledge of Microsoft Office software products. The individual should be confident in navigating Internet software.

Logistics


  1. Work hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  2. Remote position – however, NY/NJ/CT - tri-state area could be a plus
  3. Position is eligible for Flex Hours
  4. Position is expected to have minimal travel
