Our Sales Commissions Analyst will be an integral part of our Business Operations Team globally. This role is based remotely in the United States, ideally in the Eastern or Central portion of the United States.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an enthusiastic Sales Commissions Analyst to join our Business Operations Team! In this role, you'll be pivotal in both streamlining and automating sales commissions for our rapidly expanding cloud services enterprise, globally. As such, your primary focus will be to oversee, calculate, and administer our global sales and partner commissions on a monthly basis. Collaborating closely with cross functional teams such as Sales, Finance and People Operations, you'll be playing a key role in maintaining our staffing and quota targets across our internal systems.

Responsibilities

  • Global Commission Management: Accurately calculate and administer monthly sales commissions for over 200 sales reps across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with global policies and procedures.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, and People Operations teams to manage the onboarding, termination, and transfer processes in accordance with DoiT’s global plan policies.
  • Complex Data Management: Maintain accurate system data, including hierarchies and eligibility criteria, while conducting monthly audits to ensure the integrity of compensation data across multiple systems.
  • Sales Plan Administration: Assist in the creation, maintenance, and distribution of Sales Plans to employees globally, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to up-to-date information via internal tools.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline sales compensation plans, policies, and processes on a global scale.
  • Program Development: Participate in the annual development, implementation, and communication of the Sales Compensation program, ensuring it meets the needs of a diverse, international sales team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a manual sales compensation analysis or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales compensation frameworks.
  • Exceptional planning, organization, and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate directly on a regular basis with team members, leaders and partners.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Previous exposure to Commission Management Tools such as Xactly Incent, Callidus or other.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com, SQL/BigQuery, SaaS based commissions automation tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
